    Registering with Canada’s Island Garden is Easy!

    Download and print our Registration Kit or Contact Us and we will provide you with your kit.

    Your Registration Kit will include two forms, (1) a Registration Application Form and (2) a Medical Document.

    Complete the Application Form.

    Step 2 Medical DocumentsSTEP 2. MEDICAL DOCUMENTS

    Bring printed copies of your Medical document to your doctor appointment.

    Talk to your doctor about Medical Marijuana.

    If medical marijuana is an option for you, ask your doctor to complete and sign your Medical Document. A Medical Document completed by your doctor is your authorization to use marijuana for medical purposes.

    Submit the completedRegistration Form and Medical Document directly to us for approval.

    As soon as we receive your completed forms we will quickly verify your documents and contact you to confirm your application. Once registered, you are an official patient and we will send you everything you’ll need to order your medicine.

    Step 3 shopSTEP 3. SHOP

    Simply login to the online store to place your order, or call our friendly Customer Care Team to help you.

    Your medicine will be delivered directly and discreetly to you, and you can log in again when you’re ready to place your next order.
